I have worked at the Ranch since opening its doors in 1996. I work at the Ranch because I believe that all children deserve a chance to be successful regardless of where they come from. I believe that we have the best programs and the best personnel to make this happen. I am proud to work at the I Believe In Me Ranch and consider it not only a career, but a second family.

I work at IBIM because of the service that this organization provides to kids who often times have had to face the greatest struggles in life without much hope for a bright future. I have seen IBIM staff work wonders with kids and their families. Also, my co-workers are the kindest, most sincere individuals I've ever worked with. The whole team wants to just make a difference in others' lives. The home-like atmosphere is positively therapeutic for both residents/students and staff alike.

I like working at the Ranch because it is a constantly changing environment with new kids. It is so great to see the changes the kids make over the time they are at the ranch. I like that the boys get the chance to do things they have never done before such as horse riding, hockey games, trips to the lake, Disney on ice, and many others. It is so fun to be a part of new experiences with the kids.

I work at the Ranch because it is a great experience for me as a teacher. It makes you realize that you can make a difference in a child's life in so many different ways. What I like best about working here is the variety of people you get to work with. You have your variety of behavioral staff workers, office people, parents, kids of all ages, and the variety of people that you develop good rapport with from the many different schools everywhere. It’s fun to see all these different people help, and their variety of inputs on things to help the kids.

The best part of my job is working with the youth in all of the Ranch's programs. I really enjoy spending time with the kids and seeing how far they progress in our programs. It's an awesome feeling when you see the kids succeed in our programs and move on in their lives.
