It is the I Believe In Me Ranch’s goal to provide the best possible care and service to all residents, students, and participants in our programs. The care and services we provide will be done in accordance to the guidelines set by the state of Nebraska and our accrediting organization. The I Believe In Me Ranch strives to provide services in the most effective and efficient manner possible.

The I Believe In Me Ranch will on a monthly and in some cases on a bi-weekly basis review and assess various areas for effectiveness and efficiency. The Chief Operating Officer is directly responsible for compiling all information into a formal Utilization Review and Quality Review report annually. Our objectives in the effort are as follows.

  1. The I Believe In Me Ranch is a pleasant place to live and visit. 
  2. Treatment planning, treatment implementation and ongoing treatment are complete, thorough and well documented.
  3. The residents/students/participants of the I Believe In Me Ranch have certain rights and concomitant responsibilities.
  4. Medication administration is conducted in a manner that ensures the safety of all program participants.
  5. Documentation of residents/students/participants at the I Believe In Me Ranch is conducted so as to present the best scenario of the individual as his or her treatment progresses.
  6. Human resources employs competent staff to work in the I Believe In Me Ranch’s programs.
  7. Training provided to staff ensures its competency.
  8. Direct-care staff performance is monitored to ensure quality of care
  9. Professional staff performance is monitored to ensure quality of care.
