[3a] GENERAL INFORMATION

The I Believe in Me Ranch provides boys with psychosocial difficulties a safe, predictable and consistent environment in which to live while learning to choose more appropriate and responsible behaviors. The programs are licensed for boys six through 18 but the focus is on the placement of 8-12 year olds. While at IBIMR, they will acquire the skills necessary to transition back to their families or a less restrictive living environment. The Ranch provides a therapeutic milieu which promotes an atmosphere for growth and learning, and allows for a rebuilding of personal, family and social relationships.

Each home is designed for 8, 8-12 year old boys having a mental health diagnosis and exhibiting significant behavior problems and the need for treatment. The treatment group home and the residential treatment center each has a capacity of eight boys.
